What I've built
Every figure below is traceable to a Jira issue, a Confluence artifact, a platform record, or a financial statement. These are not estimates.
None of this existed before I joined. All of it runs the company today.
Designed and implemented the entire HR function from zero — compliant onboarding and offboarding workflows, EOR and contractor frameworks, a full policy library, recruiting playbooks, and an onboarding system covering US employees, 1099 contractors, international contractors, and EOR employees across 21 jurisdictions in 10 countries.
Full AR/AP ownership with $149K–$183K in monthly invoicing processed with no dedicated finance team support. Built the billing process with the CTO. Manages QBO, ChargeOver, Avalara, and banking operations — including collections, reconciliation, payroll audits, and spend control.
Led the full migration from Guru to Confluence, creating the documentation architecture the company still runs on. Built 10–20 major artifacts including the policy library, playbook library, operating SOPs, and recruiting infrastructure — plus 40–60+ smaller pages, checklists, and project documents.
Led all three migrations independently: Deel → Rippling Payroll (eliminated recurring errors, reduced cost), BambooHR → Rippling ATS (consolidated hiring ops, eliminated duplicate data), and Guru → Confluence (unified knowledge infrastructure). Each was evaluated, decided, and executed without external support.
Owns the complete compensation cycle end-to-end: bonus and commission calculation and tracking, payroll audits and corrections, benefits configuration including 401k employer match, leave modeling, and multi-state and international compliance — all without a dedicated payroll team.
Built the internal recognition program (Kudos), coordinated engagement and social events, curated Udemy L&D content, and designed the feedback and survey infrastructure used for HR decision-making. Owns the company-wide calendar and all recurring SLT document preparation.
In most organizations, each row below is a separate hire.
